Henry P. Costa, Sr.President/CEO
Henry P. Costa is a 35 year old Liberian, Political Commentator, businessman and the Lead Host of The Costa Show. He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SanCos Media Group, parent company of the shutdown Voice FM. Costa is a humanitarian and advocate and has been doing so for over seven (7) years. He is currently the CEO of Roots FM 102.7 FM, an affiliate of Roots Holdings, Inc. His critical stance against ills in the Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf led government landed him behind bars on three occasions and led to the closure of his radio station, Voice FM. He studies Government and Public Policy at Wilmington University in Delaware, the United States of America. He is a devoted Christian and a Baptist by denomination.
Fidel SaydeeGeneral Manager
Fidel S. Saydee is a thirty (30) year old Liberian who hails from Greenville, Sinoe County. He graduated from the Lott Carey Baptist Mission School in Brewerville where obtained his High School Diploma and WAEC Certificate. Mr. Saydee holds a Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from the Legacy Institute of Journalism and Communications. He enrolled at the Stella Maris Polytechnic and read Building Construction Technology up to Junior level. He skipped that study to pursue an under graduate degree in Mass Communication at the University of Liberia. An institution he currently attends as a junior student. He served as a reporter, News Editor and Director at Sancos Media Group Inc. (VOICE FM) from April 2014 to April 2015. In June 2015, he joined the Virginia Communications Inc, (Red Power) as Co-Host of its Flagship program, The Red Morning Show. He resigned in June 2017 and rejoined SanCos Media Group, Inc. as Co-Host of The Costa Show.
SYLVESTER TEVEZ NAHOperations Manager
Sylvester Tevez Nah is a young Liberian who hails from Grand Kru County, and a Christian of the Methodist Denomination. He is a graduate of the Diana E. Davies High School located on the Bushrod Island and a student of the University of Liberia reading Public Administration major and Management minor. Sylvester Tevez Nah has obtained several Diplomas and Certificates from some professional institutions including, the Nation Hardware Computer Institute (Diploma in Computer Programming), the IT Boyz Arts Inc. (two (2) Certificates in Graphic Designs). Sylvester Tevez Nah also holds a Certificate of Achievement from the Young E’nnovate Leaders of Liberia (YELL) based in the USA in some basic youth trainings, and a Certificate in master training from the Young Political Leadership School (YPLS) in Public Advocacy, Leadership and Governance. Mr. Nah is an Advocate and currently the Secretary General of the Center for the Exchange of Intellectual Opinions (CEIO) located on Carey Street, the leading Intellectual Center in the Republic. Sylvester Tevez Nah also worked for the BOYWEE Construction Company as Head Supervisor, Chief Graphic Designer of the IT Boyz Arts Inc., Legal Secretary of the Kennedy Law Firm, and currently works as Operations Manager of the Roots Holdings Inc. and also the Co-Host on the program called, “The Roots Late Morning Talk.”
BOAKAI A. KAMARADirector of Radio
Boakai A. Kamara is a Liberian Journalist who has been working in the Electronic Media for the past (4) four years as a Broadcast journalist. Being one of the youngest Broadcasters in the country, he has managed to serve in different capacities during this period. He is Head of Radio at Roots FM 102.7 and the Lead host of the Entertainment Program. The Hipco Hour on Roots 102.7.
GEORGE GUEHTechnical and Production Manager
George Gueh is a Liberian, born on March 9, 1992. He graduated from the Len Miller High School located on 24th Street. Six (6) years ago, George gained an employment with the Sancos Media Group Inc. as an Office Assistant. Whiles serving in the said position, George was able to have gone under some intensive training and later became Acting Technical and Production Manager. At Roots FM 102.7, George currently serves in the capacity as Technical and Production Manager.
AMBRASE WINIFRED GBORMIEBusiness Manager
Ambrase Winifred Gbormie hails from Tappita, Nimba County. Ms. Winifred was born unto the union of Mr.&Mrs. Gbormie in Monrovia at the John F. Kennedy Hospital. She is a young Liberian studying Mass Communication Major and Social Work minor at the United Methodist University. She has managed to work at several entities as a Broadcaster, and have some basic trainings in Finance, and presently an Announcer and Business Manager at Roots FM 102.7.
LAWRENCE CHEATalk show Host
Lawrence Chea is a Liberian Journalist who has several certificates in Journalism. He is a graduate of the Monrovia Open Bible Standard School 2008/2009 academic year, and a student studying Criminal Justice at the African Methodist Episcopal Zion University (AMEZU). He is a member of the Association of Judicial Reporters (AJUR) of Liberia. This is the body that is charged with the responsibility of reporting from the court, and is recognized by the Chief Justice of Liberia Francis Korkpor. Mr. Chea was also the Lead Host of the program “Shaita Late Morning Talk”, and currently serves as a Talkshow Host on Roots FM 102.7.

Winston Harmon is a Liberian, born 1972 in Paynesville City, Liberia. Mr. Harmon is a graduate of the Nathan E. Gibson High School. He also graduated from the formerly Zion Community College that is now the African Methodist Episcopal Zion University (AMEZU) with an Associate of Arts Degree in 1994. He is also a graduate with a certificate from the Liberia Institute of Journalism in 1999. Mr. Harmon is a Member of the Press Union of Liberia. He also worked for several newspapers institutions as a Reporter, namely: The Analyst, Tribute, Gazza and the In Profile Daily Newspapers.
